The climate justice is the study of the ethical implications of climate change. It aims to ensure that, as part of the fight against climate change, its consequences are fair and just for everyone, regardless of their geographical location, age, gender or income level. This means that communities and countries that have contributed less to atmospheric pollution should be less affected by its negative effects, and that those with greater financial and technological capabilities should be more responsible for providing support to the most affected communities. Climate justice also includes the fight against economic and social inequality, and the promotion of fair and sustainable solutions to environmental problems.
